Your payment details will be securely stored, and charges will be applied for each delivery unless you opt for prepayment. Subscriptions must be manually renewed for each harvest. You will be notified by email of order placement when you make an account with us.

Cancellation Policy

Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Donika Olive Oil currently delivers to addresses within the United States. For all international orders, kindly reach out to us at [email protected].

All orders come with free shipping through DHL Express. Expect your order to arrive in 3-4 business days.

Orders received by 8 am GMT +1 (3 am EST) on weekdays are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 8 am GMT +1 or over the weekend are shipped on the next business day (Monday-Friday).

Important Note:
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Donika Olive Oil relinquishes responsibility, and it becomes the customer’s obligation to locate the package.
